Refunds and activation

Refund handling depends on where you purchased

LionVPN is sold through different channels. Refunds, trials, renewals, and cancellations follow the rules of the platform where the purchase was made.

Website payments

Website purchases follow the current website checkout and terms shown at the time of purchase. Service starts after payment confirmation and account provisioning.

Refund eligibility for website payments is based on the website terms currently in effect.
Shorter access windows may be non-refundable when stated at purchase.
If payment succeeds but access is not activated, contact support with the account email and order details.

App Store purchases

Subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through the Apple ID purchase flow.

Use Apple subscription management for cancellation and renewal control.
Use Apple refund tools for refund requests when the purchase was made through App Store.
Use Restore Purchase in the app when an App Store payment is active but not reflected in the client.

Google Play purchases

Subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled through the Google Play account and order flow.

Use Google Play subscription management for cancellation and renewal control.
Use Google Play refund tools for refund requests when the purchase was made through Play.
Use Restore Purchase or contact support if a Play purchase is not reflected in the app.
